Here are the steps for creating a user account for Online Review and Free Diagnostic Test:

Click on the Create New Account link located at the login. (Figure 1)

2. Fill out the New Account form with your details.
3. An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
4. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
5.Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
6. Now, select the course you want to participate in.(Figure 2)

7. If you are prompted for an "enrollment key" - please provide the enrollment key and click on the button. This will "enroll" you in the preferred course.
  • To get the "enrollment key" you need to pay the course fee:

8. After the payment, please fax at 7345637 the bank deposit slip including your name and contact number. Or you can email the said slip to jigs@carlbalitareviewcenter.com so that we can process your enrollment. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the acknowledgment/ enrollment key through email or SMS.However, for GCash or SmartMoney payments you can automatically receive the enrollment key through SMS.
